Data the app accesses

How the data is used

Gmail data is used only to carry out tasks the owner asks for in a private chat, such as summarizing recent email, finding a message, or drafting and sending a reply. The app does not use Gmail data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI models.

Where the data goes

Gmail data is not shared with any other third party.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Mary NanoClaw's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

The app does not keep a separate copy of the mailbox. Short notes the assistant saves to remember context stay on the owner's computer and can be deleted at any time. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all further access.
